Q: Does ESC have any information about the prevailing wage issue yet?
A: No, we have not received that information as yet.
Q: If you fill out the total materitals and total labor lines on pages 24 through 47 and bring the totals to page 3, do you multiply those times the number of homes on page 3?
A: When you put the total materials and total labor costs on each of the counties that you are bidding on page 3, you do not multiply them times the number of homes.
You just add the materials and labor and put that total in the total amount column for each county that you want to bid.
Q: Do you have to provide the performance bond, lien waivers and insurance information with your bid?
A: No, you do not have to provide those items until after you are awarded the bid.
