Priority for the program is given to the elderly and those with physical disabilities.
Services include (but are not limited to) insulation, heating system repair or replacement, caulking and weather stripping.
Utility Assistance...
Provides assistance to qualified families for primary and secondary heat costs
in winter and cooling costs in the summer.
Project Help...
Provides emergency energy-related assistance to qualified elderly and/or disabled residents
in Empire District Electric Company's electric service area.
